All about meeee…
I’ll try to keep this short, yeah right who am I kidding?? I love to chat, and words are 100% my thing, so you might want to grab a cuppa instead!
Here goes…
I live in the North West of England, UK and so am full of northern wit and charm (well, I like to think so); I don’t do serious easily, although- such a cliche I know- I AM serious about supporting you to achieve your goals!
I LOVE music- especially 90’s dance, as well as my spiritual home Ibiza (2025 Retreat incoming!), self development books I’ll never read (anyone else?), spa days, city breaks, travelling around the uk via train (VIP days where I come to you? Bring it on!), Scrabble, bridges (haha don’t ask), plus all things glitter, kitchen discos and anything where I get to wear sequins and/ or dance the night away!
I’m also a self confessed word whizz, excessive voice note sender plus meme and gif queen.
I love to empower and inspire others to live as big as they can, and to go chase those big dreams of theirs as they do!
After losing my Mum when I was 21, and when she was just 43 with big goals still to achieve, it’s something I’m on a personal mission to do!
Life begins at 40...
I turned 40 right at the start of the fateful year that was 2020. My plans to live life to the full after 40 may have been put on hold with lockdowns and restrictions initially, but I soon made up for it.
Since then I’ve launched a podcast, renovated a boat, run/ hobbled a half marathon, organised and hosted two of my now annual charity balls for MIND, signed up with a publisher to release not just one book but three, oh plus signed up to do a charity comedy gig in June 2024 too!
Living big is definitely my thing, and I’d love it to be yours (renovating a boat and completing a half marathon not needed!)
WHAT IF – by holding yourself back from showing up as you, by not taking space and/ or sharing your message – that you were stopping yourself from living the big life you’d love to live? (And don’t even get me started on it stopping you from helping the people who need what you do!).

I’m a Mum to 3 girls aged 8-12, so I know a thing or two about juggling as well as knowing why your mission is so important to you. It also means I know how to run a business in the most efficient way for you and your family- something which took me a long time to learn; experiencing burnout in 2021 to find out the hard way. I soon learned that I couldn’t do it all myself, so… I put a team in place, and haven’t looked back.
Let me guide you towards creating your own aligned and efficient brand, messaging and business machine- minus the burnout! With over 15 years experience of running not one but two successful businesses, I can’t help but mentor as I go.
